About The Role

You'll be managing a portfolio of residential properties in collaboration with our Property Management Team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Managing lease renewals and rental arrears
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Handling change of shared tenancy requests

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is preferred
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• Someone who thrives in a team environment
