Overview

Join Batemans Bay Orthodontic Centre as a Casual Receptionist/Dental Assistant Do you have a flair for friendly front desk service and a passion for creating great patient experiences? We’re looking for a welcoming and organised Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Days: Thursdays and Fridays

Responsibilities

- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, and payment processing.
- Provide clinical chairside assistance.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.

Qualifications

What we value most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach. If you bring any of the following, that’s a bonus:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Dental Assistant
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Familiarity with dental software systems

But don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’re more than happy to support and train the right person to thrive in this role.
