We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support to join our vibrant SA office. This dynamic role offers the chance to work across multiple departments, including administration, sales support, and logistics. As the backbone of the branch's daily operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflows and seamless collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

·       Providing administrative support to the Sales Team

·       Producing and coordinating sales documents on behalf of the Sales Team

·       Liaising and assisting Sales Team with client engagement for order of goods

·       Handling, processing and tracking new Direct sales orders

·       Providing support to Branch Administration and Logistics

·       Providing internal telephone sales support to the Dealers, Distributors and End users

·       Typing correspondence, maintaining records and preparing reports

·       Attending sales team meetings recording the minutes

·       Maintaining CRM Dynamics Dealer contact and End user contact database

·       Sending out information to both Dealers and End users

·       Keeping records up to date

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an office or administration role (experience with CRM is a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
