Your Role
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional guidance to the Speech Pathology team.
- Coordinate and manage caseloads to ensure quality and timely service.
- Deliver hands-on, client-centred therapy across homes, schools, and community settings.
- Support clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
- 3+ years of Speech Pathology experience (community or NDIS experience highly regarded).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering client-centred care and supporting team development.
