Your Role
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional guidance to the Speech Pathology team.
  • Coordinate and manage caseloads to ensure quality and timely service.
  • Deliver hands-on, client-centred therapy across homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Support clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
  • 3+ years of Speech Pathology experience (community or NDIS experience highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering client-centred care and supporting team development.
