Regional Lead - Physiotherapist

  • Based in Sydney, including visiting our onsite clinics & work from home
  • Full-time opportunity (could be part-time for the right candidate)
  • Competitive remuneration with up to $7,500 PD budget to support further leadership study

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our growing New South Wales team as a Regional Lead. You will be responsible for a team of clinicians delivering high quality occupational health onsite services and manage local customer accounts. You will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better.

In this role you will:

  • Lead onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at various onsite clinics, through delivering various operational duties (rostering, leave management, ordering stock etc)
  • Deliver active account management to your local customers, ensuring engagement with onsite services and customer satisfaction with Axis' services
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your team members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews
  • Contribute to Axis' strategy and development as an active member of the Axis' leadership team
  • Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement
  • Consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforce

You will bring the following:

  • Demonstrated leadership capability - either in account management or people management, both is ideal
  • At least 5 years experience as a musculoskeletal, private practice or occupational health Physiotherapist
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
