We're seeking an experienced
Corporate Security Manager
to lead security operations for a global organisation with strong government and corporate sector engagement. This is a senior leadership role, ensuring
compliance, risk management, and operational security
across multiple high-profile sites in Canberra.

Role Overview

As Corporate Security Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the
    end-to-end implementation of security frameworks
    across multiple corporate and government sites.
  • Ensure compliance with the
    Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
    and related regulatory requirements.
  • Lead
    large-scale teams
    and manage multimillion-dollar security budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with government officials, law enforcement, and corporate stakeholders to align security outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead physical and operational security across corporate/government locations

Manage risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning

Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance policies

Oversee resource allocation, rostering, and budgeting for security teams

Drive training and capability uplift for large teams in high-risk environments

Liaise with Defence, law enforcement, and emergency services

Deliver security intelligence reports and strategic risk assessments

Ideal Candidate

8+ years' experience in
corporate, government, or Defence security operations

Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams in high-stakes environments

Strong knowledge of
risk management, PSPF compliance, and security frameworks

Skilled in stakeholder engagement with Defence, law enforcement, and government

Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2 or higher preferred)
