We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Security Manager
to oversee governance, risk, and compliance across visa application operations in Canberra. This role is
corporate and strategic in nature — not a guarding position
— and requires expertise in policy, risk, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of
    corporate security frameworks
    and ensure compliance with contractual and client requirements.
  • Conduct
    risk assessments, audits, and investigations
    , providing actionable insights to management and client governments.
  • Prepare and present
    strategic security and risk reports
    to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage
    budgets, resourcing, and vendor relationships
    for security programs.
  • Design and deliver
    security awareness and compliance training
    for employees.
  • Act as the
    primary liaison
    with government clients, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities on security matters.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years' experience in
    corporate security, risk management, or government security operations
    .
  • Proven ability to manage
    multi-site operations, budgets, and compliance obligations
    .
  • Strong background in
    policy, governance, investigations, and reporting
    .
  • Skilled at engaging with
    government officials, law enforcement, and international stakeholders
    .
  • Relevant certifications in
    Security Management, Risk Analysis, or Investigative Services
    are highly regarded.
  • Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1/NV2) desirable.
