The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a proactive Video Production Lead - Video Producerto step into a critical role as we scale our operations. If you're passionate about producing high-quality video content and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is your chance to drive creative vision across both studio and event-based projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end production of video content—from concept and shoot to editing and delivery
  • Travel nationally to cover motorsport events, capturing dynamic footage and delivering timely content
  • Collaborate with the Melbourne-based team to plan, shoot, and post-produce content for digital, social, and PR purposes
  • Manage production workflows: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
  • Coordinate and work alongside contractors and in-house staff to maintain creative cohesion and quality
  • Maintain client-facing communication to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice

What We're Looking For

  • Someone with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in video production – preferably within sports, motorsport, automotive, or related industries
  • Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
  • Advanced editing proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)

  • Willingness to work weekends and long days to cover events
