We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Full Time Assistant Store Manager to join our newest store in Eastland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in the luxury jewellery and watch market. Successful candidates can look forward to long-term career growth, with opportunities for progression. While a minimum of two years of luxury retail or jewellery experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing expenses
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and development
  • Coaching and managing team performance
  • Ensuring store presentation is consistently excellent
  • Ensuring operational efficiency
  • Possessing in-depth product knowledge
