We're on the lookout for a Policy Support Specialist to join our vibrant Head Office team Reporting to the Team Leader of Policyholder Services, this full-time role is pivotal in ensuring excellent service delivery. What You'll Do:

  • Professionally Handle Calls: Manage all incoming and outbound calls, ensuring adherence to industry best practices while providing agreed levels of service to clients, authorised representatives, and sales staff.
  • Assist Policy holders:Help policyholders with cancellation requests by understanding their reasons, addressing concerns, and explaining the process and implications. Assist policyholders with missed premiums and arrange catch-up payments to maintain coverage.
  • Email Inquiries: Assist with email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure Correspondence Adherence: Ensure all correspondence, including policyholder documentation and email confirmations to brokers, adheres to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve Customer Queries: Take ownership of actions required to resolve customer queries within your delegated authority, following ALI Group's business rules and processes.
  • Team Participation: Participate in team meetings, contributing to team culture and fostering cohesiveness.

About You:

  • Communication Champ: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Time Management Expert: Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Compliance Connoisseur: Understand and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Salesforce Experience: Highly regarded but not essential.
