At CHEP, we move millions of pallets, crates, and containers every day to support supply chains across the globe. Now, we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team at our high-performing Derrimut Service Centre.

What You'll Be Doing

• · Lead a team of 4 Fitters and 2 Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
• · Own and optimise our Maintenance Management System.
• · Deliver a proactive preventative maintenance program that keeps our equipment running smoothly.
• · Dive into data diagnostics to uncover trends and drive smarter maintenance decisions.
• · Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
• · Champion safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.
• What You'll Bring
• · A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• · Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a production or industrial setting.
• · Strong working knowledge of MEX or similar CMMS.
• · Experience with automated systems (a bonus).
• · A flexible, can-do attitude suited to a 24-hour site.
• · A passion for data, problem-solving, and leading by example.
