At CHEP, we move millions of pallets, crates, and containers every day to support supply chains across the globe. Now, we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team at our high-performing Derrimut Service Centre.

**What You’ll Be Doing**- Lead a team of 4 Fitters and 2 Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.- Own and optimise our Maintenance Management System.- Deliver a proactive preventative maintenance program that keeps our equipment running smoothly.- Dive into data diagnostics to uncover trends and drive smarter maintenance decisions.- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.- Champion safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.
- What You’ll Bring- A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.- Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a production or industrial setting.- Strong working knowledge of MEX or similar CMMS.- Experience with automated systems (a bonus).- A flexible, can-do attitude suited to a 24-hour site.- A passion for data, problem-solving, and leading by example.
