We are seeking the very best experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our team of fee earners in all aspects of litigation.

Genuine remote/flexible work arrangements or option to work from Level 30, 35 Collins Street.

Due to the nature of our high stakes superior court work, at times it will be necessary to work outside standard business hours and option to otherwise work at times convenient to you.

The role involves court document preparation, eDiscovery, Court Book preparation, and general litigation administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct document review, eDiscovery, and Court Book preparation.
  • Prepare correspondence and court documents; index documents and assist with briefs.
  • Manage solicitors' diaries and key dates, and liaise with courts, counsel, and service providers.
  • Make telephone calls to courts and counsel to support litigation processes.
  • Manage filing, precedent documents, templates, and legal databases (Leap, OneDrive).
  • Filing Court documents on Court portals.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including providing support to the existing administration team.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Positive upbeat attitude.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, including document review, eDiscovery, and Court Book preparation.

Knowledge of legal processes, procedures, and documentation.

Looking for someone who can start ASAP and happy to work over December/January, requiring urgent assistance for a trial commencing 9 February 2026.
