Golden Coffee Bar is an exciting, new concept, by two well known Melbourne hospitality brands combining a benchmark, international coffee program and a sophisticated grilled-to-order cheese toastie menu. It might just be Melbourne's perfect lunch.

Golden Coffee Bar is recruiting a kitchen team member to join our team, making delicious grilled cheese sandwiches at 55 Collins St in the CBD.

At Golden, we draw inspiration from around the world with a grilled cheese menu full of innovative, international flavours. In putting these together, we are looking for someone who excels in a systems focused environment, is a stickler for consistency and can ratchet up the sense of urgency in busy times.

For the right candidate, we can be flexible with either FT or casual hours, but do require availability Monday - Thursday from 7am at a minimum.

If you are;

  • Passionate about great food, coffee, and working as part of a team
  • Previous kitchen or QSR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
  • An excellent and effective communicator, especially when under pressure

As we operate in a corporate environment, a high standard of personal presentation is required alongside excellent spoken English.
