In this role you will be responsible for partnering with leaders and employees across our organisation to provide high level Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD) advice and guidance. This includes business partnering to support the achievement of individual learning and development plans, a broad range of professional development opportunities, and compliance with mandatory training requirements.

You will also support the development and implementation of a range of leadership and management initiatives, cultural initiatives, strategic projects, programs, and organisational initiatives.

The experience we are looking for…

To be successful in our position you will have:

· Solid experience in L&D and OD program design, delivery, and evaluation.

· Confidence with training compliance, reporting, and data analysis.

· Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone).

· A collaborative, people-first mindset and excellent communication skills.

Position Conditions

: Full-time, six-month fixed-term opportunity with potential for extension. Requests for part-time will be considered.

Remuneration:

ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165) + Superannuation.

Special Conditions:

Appointment will be subject to the provision of a satisfactory Criminal History Check that is no more than six months old.
