Hot Rock Granite (HRG) is a leading Gold Coast based stone supplier and manufacturer. Family owned and operated for over 16 years now, we offer a great work environment for our team of stone specialists, and beautifully crafted stone with exceptional customer service.

We currently have the opportunity for an experienced Stonemason and CNC Saw Operator to join our team.

This role involves working a 40-hour week, from 6am – 2pm Monday – Friday at our brand new Burleigh premise, shaping and crafting engineered and natural stone to our customer requirements.

Applicants must have:

  • A stonemasonry trade qualification, or equivalent experience and competency on the CNC Saw,
  • Experience wet cutting and shaping to plan of engineered stone, as well as natural stone if possible,
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for stone craftmanship and quality,
  • A strong safety focus in terms of wet cutting techniques, respirator/ mask use, and stone shaping practices,
  • Health and fitness to work with/ lift heavy stone and materials.

Remuneration is commensurate with experience and includes a loaded base rate with overtime/ penalty rates in addition.
