About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Warehouse/Customer Service Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

As a trainee, you will learn all aspects of business operations, including warehousing, logistics, inventory management, distribution and administration. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the supply chain/ecommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package orders for shipment.
  • Ensure all customer service inquiries are replied to quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Follow workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Support the team data entry.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices for efficiency and sustainability.
  • Additional administration tasks.
