About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a 1-3 year PQE Real Estate & Construction Lawyer to work as part of a high performing team that prides itself on providing quality commercially focused legal advice. This is an exciting opportunity to work and learn directly from experienced and well-regarded practitioners including two partners, two special counsel, a senior associate, lawyer and graduate as part of our established but growing practice. We deliver on a range of matters for our government and private sector clients in the following areas including high profile and complex matters:

  • Property acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leasing
  • Property advisory
  • Capital works & procurement projects
  • Planning and environment regulation and approvals

About you

  • You will have experience advising clients on various real estate matters and transactions either in the ACT or NSW.
  • Experience advising on construction and planning law matters is welcomed but not essential.
  • You must be enthusiastic and willing to work on a range of matters, have a keen eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate sound matter management.
  • A security clearance or willingness to obtain one is important for this role.
