What you'll be working on:

You'll have ownership and autonomy over a broad range of matters, including:

  • Estate planning and family provision claims
  • Commercial and retail leasing
  • Business purchase and sale (including franchises)
  • Building and contract disputes
  • Loan agreements and shareholder deeds
  • Family Law

What we are looking for:

  • A self-starter with strong motivation and the confidence to meet clients and lead matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and/or family law.
  • Admission to practice with the ability to hit the ground running.
