Delta Group is one of Australia's leading civil and demolition contractors, known for delivering complex infrastructure and environmental projects with precision, safety, and innovation. With a strong pipeline of work across South Australia, we're expanding our team and seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join us.

Role Overview:

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery across civil infrastructure, demolition, and environmental remediation works. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating site activities
  • Monitor progress and quality of works
  • Prepare and manage documentation including ITPs, RFIs, and site diaries
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Support safety and environmental compliance
  • Contribute to cost control and reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1–4 years' experience in a site-based engineering role (civil, demo, or infrastructure)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
