Kadego-Cadgile (Group FIVA subsidiaries) is seeking an Electrical Designer based in Hindmarsh, ten minutes from Adelaide, South Australia.

**Offer and profile description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY:

- Electrical engineering design and drafting functions, such as control circuits, cable sizing, cable support systems, panel layouts, lighting design and loop diagrams
- Understanding and interpreting P&ID’s, termination drawings, loop diagrams, single line and wiring schematics
- Understanding in DCS and PLC plant control and the relationship between input and output devices, electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Knowledge and expertise in installation, commissioning and operation of MCC switchboards, field including LCS, MMIC and remote panels and inter-panel wiring
- Knowledge and expertise in the installation, commissioning and operation of various field instruments ranging from valves, transmitters and switches, various level pressure and density transmitter and sensors
- Understanding of field calibration and testing of such devices
- Expertise in hazardous area inspecting
- Working with blueprints, schematics etc.

PROFILE:

- The role requires either formal qualifications in electrical engineering,
- either University or TAFE,
- an electrical trade,
- or significant industry experience.
