We are seeking a motivated and ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Melbourne and be part of a growing, fun, high-performing team.

About you

  • Demonstrated proven Recruitment background.
  • Curiosity & Ability to deliver for clients
  • Passion for the Real Estate, Property, Construction or Engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, build client base and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Being a good human

This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities.  This is a growth role and requires somebody with the passion and drive to become a future leader.
