Role Overview
Purplequay is seeking driven and customer-centric Sales Executives to expand our footprint and client base in Australia. In this role, the individual will focus on promoting and selling our professional services—such as [Tax and Accounting, Self Managed Super Funds, Mortgage, Audit, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial planning, Technology] to clients across various industries, with a strong focus on consultative sales and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through networking, research, and outreach.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable service solutions.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, service delivery, finance) to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.

Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Represent Purplequay at industry events, webinars, and conferences as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.

2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, outsourcing, or technology selling to international clients (e.g., Australia, UK, US markets).

Understanding of business outsourcing, accounting, or managed services industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and close sales.

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong follow-through.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid work environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
