The Opportunity As Our Planning Officer, You Will

  • Develop strategic documents that guide operations of the NFAEP to successfully eradicate RIFA from Australia - with support from senior team members (i.e. Response Plan, annual work plan and stream strategies).
  • Engage with staff in annual planning (development, coordination, implementation and evaluation) to empower each stream to achieve the NFAEP vision
  • Support stream planning activities and support the development of strategies and plans using project management methods
  • Collaborate effectively with staff, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and identify issues.
  • Prepare and review project documents, briefing notes, reports and correspondence of a complex nature

While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role experience in project management skills will be highly regarded.
