We are a vibrant Accommodation provider located along the South West. We have several venues across the Region, offering family-friendly, budget conscious accommodation. We pride ourselves on ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Chef/Cook to help us launch the food side of our business. This is an amazing opportunity to come in at the beginning to create something special across our venues in Margaret River, Molloy and Busselton. It is an opportunity to put your stamp on the offerings which include creating lunch and dinner menus that suit the Region, creating your own jams and sauces for retail purposes, providing bespoke breakfast baskets. The possibilities are endless for a Chef with the desire to make it their own whilst remaining within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings across 3 sites in the South West
  • Safe running of a commercial kitchen
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Ordering and stock control within budget

Experience/Attributes:

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to experiment and create Regionally inspired offerings
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
  • Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Willingness to report to and be guided by Site Manager
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required
  • Willingness to work across different venues within the South West
