The Opportunity

Step into a 2IC role directly supporting the Civil Manager across a range of Civil and Urban and Land Development projects. You'll take the lead in the Brisbane office, managing key projects while helping free up the Civil Manager to focus on client strategy and growth.

This is a genuine succession pathway to Principal. You'll benefit from direct mentorship by a respected leader known for his technical acumen and supportive leadership style.
