We are seeking a talented Senior Civil Drafter to play a key role in delivering high-quality design projects for a range of valued clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of design work using AutoCAD, while overseeing project delivery with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence. You'll actively engage with internal stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and ensure exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Leading civil engineering design projects for a variety of key clients
  • Prepare and oversee designs using AutoCAD
  • Engage with and help develop relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients
  • Focus on cost containment, efficiency, profitability and project operations
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the team and suggest ways to improve quality and efficiency of our services as well as mentoring juniors
Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering design
  • High proficiency with AutoCAD; experience with 12D or Civil 3D is advantageous
  • Exposure to Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects and familiarity with ProjectWise is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
