We have roles for senior leaders to build from scratch an Advisory Service line within a growing consulting business. There are GM Roles available for:
1. Strategic Business Advice – delivering – operational review, strategy, commercial advice, efficiency reform, organisational design, governance and transformation.
2. Technology Advisory – scoping, Strategy, Cost estimation and business case development, approvals, execution and Program Management

Key responsibilities for the GM of an Advisory Service include:
- Lead the Strategy for the Service [assess, develop, execute, refine]
- Business Development & Growth for the Service [Identify, bid and win work; repeat & grow]
- Deliver outcomes for our clients that are: exceptional quality; on time; on budget and meet/exceed all contracted obligations
- Commercial and contract management for all Services
- Run the P&L meeting and exceeding KPI
- Lead and Build a Team of Advisory Professionals [Identify, recruit, administer, manage, train, mentor and upskill]
- Lead all Marketing [multi-channel] and Public events, building credibility and a profile for the Companies Technology Advisory Services
- Build Capability [IP, Practices, Methodologies]
- Quality Assurance for all services, based on deep technical experience in the subject matter
