We're now seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to deliver critical business and technology initiatives across IT. Reporting directly to the CIO, this senior role is responsible for managing the IT project portfolio, embedding governance frameworks, and ensuring technology projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through to successful implementation.
  • Oversee the IT project portfolio, embedding consistent governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to ensure requirements are captured and solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Provide oversight of testing strategies and UAT to confirm solution readiness and quality.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including user adoption and communication strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring project outcomes are met.
  • Embed security and compliance considerations into all project activities.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience managing IT projects in mid to large-scale organisations.
  • Proven ability to deliver a broad range of IT projects
  • Experience working in complex environments, with M&A-driven integration projects highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, with the ability to align business and IT.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
