Our client, a rapidly expanding contract logistics company, is experiencing phenomenal growth and seeking a warehousing leader to drive operations across two sites of their bulky goods warehouses and transport network across NSW. Operating across both domestic and international markets, the business delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions powered by innovation, technology and automation.

Based in Eastern Creek and reporting directly to the COO, the NSW Warehouse Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, safe and compliant day-to-day running of warehouse operations while meeting stakeholder expectations and staying within budgetary guidelines.

We're looking for a dynamic professional with solid experience in 3PL logistics, inventory management and ideally e-commerce and thrives in an environment of continuous improvement. You're driven, ambitious and passionate about success and career progression. As a natural mentor and communicator, you lead with integrity, humility and a focus on developing others.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership and operational expertise, with a track record of driving efficiency, safety and optimisation across warehousing and transport operations.

This position is an exciting stepping stone toward NSW State Manager for the right person. You'll be equally comfortable on the warehouse floor, engaging with customers or contributing to national operational and commercial discussions with your peers.

About You

  • Commercially astute and analytically focused, with responsibility for managing a P&L.
  • Customer-obsessed, always striving to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • A confident communicator who can influence, motivate and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Experienced in fleet management (deliveries and forklifts).
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up the sleeves.
  • Skilled in TMS, WMS and proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Chain of Responsibility qualifications highly regarded.
  • Proven history in developing and implementing new ideas, systems and processes to enhance operations.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing a busy warehouse and leading high-performing teams.
  • Qualifications in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
