NSW Timber and Hardware is a leading supplier of timber and building materials across Sydney. We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Storepersons to join our team at our Minto warehouse. We have multiple full-time roles available: Day Shift (5:00am – 1:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (12:00pm – 8:00pm).

About the Roles

Day Shift – 5:00am to 1:00pm (Replenishment)

  • Requires experience in the timber industry.
  • Replenishment-focused role with responsibility for cutting 12m packs into shorter lengths.
  • Restocking racks to maintain stock availability.
  • Operating forklifts to move, cut, and store large timber packs safely.
  • Assisting the production team with picking and packing orders.

Loader – 5:00am to 1:00pm (Loading & Unloading Trucks)

  • Safely load and unload delivery trucks with timber and hardware products
  • Use forklifts and manual handling equipment to move stock
  • Work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Requires strong safety focus and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Afternoon Shift – 12:00pm to 8:00pm (General Warehouse)

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
  • Container unloads and replenishing warehouse stock
  • General warehouse duties including forklift operations and stock checks
  • Suitable for candidates with warehouse/storeperson experience (timber knowledge an advantage but not essential)

About You

  • Day shift role: must have proven timber industry experience.
  • Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain), preferably with multi directional side loader experience.
  • Physically fit and safety-focused
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
