Essential Plumbing and Gas is looking for a motivated plumber to join our expanding crew in Brisbane, QLD. We specialise in new construction projects such as new schools, aged care facilities, club refurbs, apartment buildings through out Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and Moreton regions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

  • All aspect of new construction plumbing from start to finish
  • Working with a supportive, like minded team
  • Liaise with tradespeople, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving

What we're looking for

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Able to work in a team or independently.
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices within the construction industry
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Want to learn the aspects of running jobs from start to finish efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and efficiency
