This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the South to Kununurra in the North-West. Position Overview As a Centre Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the Centre, creating a welcoming, vibrant and fun atmosphere. You will manage the day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service for anyone using our services. You will also coordinate/schedule recreational programs, assist with facilities/asset management and contribute to marketing/promotion. About you - Experience in sport and leisure, Customer Service, venue management and/or Club/Centre management. - Ability to analyse, develop and grow PCYC’s sports and recreational programs. - Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including parents, colleagues and local community members. - Experience with Point-of-Sale platforms or a willingness to learn and administer Point-of-Sale/Cash management systems. - Possess or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Graduate – We will also consider applications from recent Sports Science/Management or Business graduates. You will need some workforce experience and a desire to undergo initial training.
