As the Business Manager, Reform and Support Services (RSS) Directorate, you are responsible for overseeing the provision of central business support services to RSS business units. This role coordinates branch budget and financial processes and overseas the maintenance of key establishment and workforce information for the Executive Leadership Team

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the provision of central support services to RSS business units in the areas of financial processing, human resources, and general administrative support.
  • Provide financial support to ensure effective budget monitoring and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Provide advice to RSS teams on financial and human resource processes in accordance with relevant legislation and directives.
  • Oversee the coordination of branch budget builds, financial monitoring and forecasting.
  • Maintain establishment information, including the RSS organisational chart, to support the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Identify and implement improvements to central support services to enhance efficiency for RSS business units.
  • Prepare briefing notes on financial and human resource matters, including the use of delegated authorities.
  • Participate in branch meetings and undertake other duties as required to support branch priorities.
