Job description:

The Role

Due to continued growth across the Symal Group and with the implementation of a new HRIS we are now looking to bring on board a HR Operations Coordinator. This position will sit within the HR Operations team and report to our HR Operations Manager.

The HR Operations Coordinator will support Symal's HR Operations function by managing position data, administering promotion and transfer workflows and ensuring data integrity within SuccessFactors. This role is critical for maintaining accurate HR records, driving process improvements and supporting system enhancements.

Your Everyday

Working with SuccessFactors in a collaborative team, your day will be quite diverse one. Consisting of, however not limited to:

Promotion & Transfer Administration:

Coordinate and process promotions and transfers in SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with policy and approval workflows.

Position Management:

Create and maintain positions in SuccessFactors, validate data accuracy and perform regular audits to uphold system integrity.

User Support:

Respond to queries specifically related to HR Operations responsibilities within SuccessFactors (e.g., promotions, transfers, position management), providing clear guidance and troubleshooting.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Undertake ad hoc User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for system changes and upgrades.

Process Optimisation:

Participate in process redesign and optimisation initiatives under the leadership of the HR Operations Manager.

Data Integrity & Reporting:

Monitor HR data quality, run audits and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
