As a Senior Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to re-imagine our digital experiences for Business Banking customers, use next generation digital technology and frameworks to create amazing customer experiences.

You will be part of a team that defines technical solutions for Business Banking Technology, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering. You will ensure our technology solutions align with the Group Technology Strategy and deliver on our customer focused goals.

The Business Banking Solution Architecture team is responsible for the architecture and design of solutions that support 55,000 digitally engaged business banking customers.

We are passionate about empowering businesses and individuals to succeed with the next horizon of technology – and to become the leading digital business bank in Australia.

We are looking for someone who is a thought leader, innovative and curious – with an engineering mindset and solid solution architecture experience. You will have a strong background in creating CRM solutions. You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of data architecture and data products.

In this role, there will be a strong focus on enterprise solutions that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI and we are keen to know your skills in this area, as well as your applied knowledge of how you are looking to incorporate other evolving AI capabilities on the tech horizon into your Solution thinking for Business Banking .

We are seeking people who are:

  • Experienced in delivering complex and high value digital solutions while balancing complex stakeholder needs.
  • Proven in delivering solutions that meet high targets in performance, availability, data integrity and security domains
  • Passionate about delivering technical solutions with complex integration patterns and platforms
  • Adept with providing solution oversight and governance on major programs of technology change
  • Technically sound in Security by Design principles as applied to digital applications.

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all, but, experience or exposure with some of these, or a willingness to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team
