We are seeking an experienced Banking Solution Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that drive innovation in the banking domain. This role requires expertise across full-stack technologies, microservices, workflow integration, and advanced AI systems, with a focus on aligning architecture with both business and technical objectives. As a strategic leader, you will shape architectural frameworks, set standards, and ensure delivery excellence while working closely with stakeholders across business and technology functions.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead End-to-End Architecture: Design and oversee full-stack solutions covering ReactJS/NextJS, NodeJS, Python, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Define Standards & Best Practices: Establish architectural patterns, frameworks, and governance models to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, development, and operations teams to translate requirements into cohesive architectural strategies.
  • Documentation & Communication: Clearly document design decisions and communicate architectural approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Governance: Oversee implementation, conduct reviews, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.

*Qualifications*

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ReactJS/NextJS, NodeJS, Python, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with workflow and LLM (Large Language Model) integration.
  • Cloud proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on secure and scalable system design.
  • Exposure to Agentic systems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide engineering teams.
