Strategic Enterprise Architect for Business Banking

We seek a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep domain knowledge in Business Banking to deliver strategic architectural leadership and guide the evolution of our enterprise capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture blueprints, guardrails, and architectural roadmaps.
- Lead the development of target state architectures and capability models.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy and priorities.
- Mentor and support Solution Architects, Engineers, and other architecture professionals.
- Represent Business Banking in enterprise-wide architecture forums and working groups.
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise architecture across complex and regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of the business banking domain.
- Proven experience in driving strategic architecture outcomes.
- Experience in architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, and influencing at senior levels.
- Familiarity with industry-standard architecture frameworks.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of BIAN industry standard.
- Experience with EA modelling tooling.
- Experience delivering Data and AI/ML solutions.
