Our client is a stylish womenswear brand, where fashion is more than just clothing - it's a statement of confidence, femininity and empowerment. As our client is continuing to grow, we're searching for an inspiring Regional Manager to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across NSW.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of their Retail Leadership Team, you'll bring vision, structure and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio with up to 8 stores. Your mission? To drive performance, build capability and lead with authenticity, within a hands-on environment.

• Drive exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every store reflects their brand's commitment to service and style
• Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment through relationship focused selling
• Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans, focusing on building strong teams and succession plans
• Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region, ensuring profitability and sustainability
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects their values, promoting teamwork, respect and a passion for fashion
• Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent, building a pipeline of future leaders
• Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens, ensuring their stores are always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
• Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, understanding their challenges and providing support
• Embrace a 'lead with kindness' approach, fostering a supportive and empowering work environment

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and knows how to bring out the best in others.

• Minimum 2-3 + years in a multi-site retail leadership role (i.e. Cluster, Area or Regional Manager)
• Experience managing 3-4 stores, but ideally up to 8 stores
• Proven experience in apparel or accessories retail, with a strong understanding of current fashion trends
• A track record of delivering results through people and process, with a focus on both sales and team development
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for team development, coaching and leading with purpose
• A current driver's license and flexibility to travel across NSW
• Determination and a fun personality
