Are you passionate about helping people regain their confidence and love their hair again?

Boss Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hair Consultant/ Receptionist to join our team part-time.

In this rewarding hybrid role, you'll guide and support our clients through their hair restoration journey — providing consultations, Hair checks, assisting with treatment planning, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed. While also being a key part of our front-of-house team — ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct client consultations and assist in developing personalised treatment plans
  • Educate clients about hair restoration options and procedures
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming clinic environment
  • Deliver exceptional reception duties, including greeting clients, managing bookings, and maintaining a smooth clinic flow
  • Provide support to other team members and cover additional reception shifts when required
  • Provide support to our other clinic Consultant

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales experience is essential
  • Experience in hair, beauty,aesthetics, ortrichology is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, client-focused attitude with strong professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Availability 4 days per week — 2 Consulting days (Wednesdays and Fridays) and 2 reception days (variable) — with flexibility to cover extra reception shifts where needed
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently solo and in a Team.
