Hair Consultant/ Receptionist

Boss Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Hair Consultant/ Receptionist** to join our team part-time.

In this rewarding hybrid role, you’ll guide and support our clients through their hair restoration journey — providing consultations, Hair checks, assisting with treatment planning, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed. While **also being a key part of our front-of-house team** — ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct client consultations and assist in developing personalised treatment plans
- Educate clients about hair restoration options and procedures
- Maintain a professional, welcoming clinic environment
- Deliver exceptional reception duties, including greeting clients, managing bookings, and maintaining a smooth clinic flow
- Provide support to other team members and cover additional reception shifts when required
- Provide support to our other clinic Consultant

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales experience is essential**:

- Experience in _**hair, beauty,aesthetics, ortrichology**_ is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, client-focused attitude with strong professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Availability **4 days per week** — **2 Consulting days (Wednesdays and Fridays) and 2 reception days (variable)**— with flexibility to cover extra reception shifts where needed
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently solo and in a Team.
