We are looking for a Head of VIP to lead and scale our VIP program, globally. This is an opportunity for a high performing and enthusiastic individual to shape the next chapter of the company as it pioneers the gaming industry.

This is a senior strategic role suited to a highly experienced relationship manager with deep casino iGaming expertise and a track record of maximising player value through segmentation, personalisation, and innovation.

The Head of VIP will be the face of our elite player experience, you will oversee all aspects of VIP strategy, player lifecycle management, team leadership, and high-touch relationship execution. You'll also collaborate closely with the marketing and affiliate teams to shape the overall high-value customer journey - from acquisition to retention and reactivation.

What You'll Do:

VIP Strategy:

Develop and own the global strategy. Define the vision, KPIs for growth, and retention of high-value players.

Source VIPs:

Bring your existing network and source, engage and onboard new VIPs across multiple regions.

Grow Your Team:

Recruit the VIP team and grow it. Provide leadership, coaching, and structure to regional VIP account managers.

op Tier Players:

Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier players, nurturing long-term, high-value relationships across multiple channels and touch points.

What You Need to Succeed:

● Experience in developing a global VIP strategy

● Experience in leading a global VIP program

● Have an existing VIP network to leverage

● Experience in Online Casino/iGaming/Betting/Wagering industry (essential)

● Experience in managing budgets and commercials

● Track record of achieving KPIs related to VIP programs

● Deep understanding of online casino player motivations, lifecycles, and retention mechanics

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
