We're looking for a Boutique Manager to bring a brand-new QVB boutique to life from day one. You'll drive sales, build a loyal customer base, and create an in-store experience that people will actually talk about. Leading a high-performing team, you'll mix commercial smarts with creativity to hit goals and make the store a place people can't wait to return to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building real connections with customers, VIPs, and local retailers
  • Creating a boutique vibe that's elevated, welcoming, and effortlessly stylish
  • Driving sales and key performance metrics
  • Coaching and inspiring your team to deliver amazing results
  • Managing stock, store financials, and day-to-day ops
  • Keeping the store looking flawless at all times
  • Partnering with Head Office on marketing initiatives and in-store events
  • Reporting on performance and spotting growth opportunities
