About the role

Stylecraft is seeking a motivated detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our Alexandria, NSW location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient inventory and procurement processes to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Placing purchase orders on suppliers and confirming orders and ETA's

  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate lead times and quality standards

  • Manage purchase orders & monitor inventory levels

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities

  • Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and enhance supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar procurement roles.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
