The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Coordinator To represent the Tasman Asset Management Customer Care Team with outstanding customer service excellence. The primary focus is to coordinate the delivery of reactive maintenance services ensuring efficiency and productivity without ever compromising our values. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining service standards and supporting the team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers and technicians.
  • Communicate regularly throughout the day, both verbally and in writing, with customers, electricians, and colleagues.
  • Map, plan, schedule assigned technicians and reschedule jobs as needed.
  • Raise, update, and close off jobs and variations, ensuring repair work is identified including raising of quotes.
  • Prepare jobs for invoicing and ensure all required paperwork from technicians and create records in clients' Job Management Systems and in TAMS CRM.
  • Raise purchase orders to assist the field team with parts, materials and equipment orders.
  • Manage and update the technician schedules.
  • Coordinate and organise materials and subcontractors as required for jobs.
  • Assist with technician and contractor inductions.
  • Perform any additional tasks necessary to support the smooth operation of the Customer Care Team.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • Previous experience in service delivery coordination, preferably in electrical services (highly desirable but not essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to working from the office five days per week in our Alexandria Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
