Wantirna, Victoria, Australia Levande Full time $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Join Us at Levande Salford Park – Make Every Day Meaningful

At Levande, we're reimagining retirement living—creating vibrant communities where older Australians feel safe, supported, and truly at home. As one of the country's leading retirement living providers, we're committed to helping our residents live well, stay connected, and enjoy the lifestyle they choose.

We are currently seeking a passionate and community-minded Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Levande Salford Park in Wantirna, Victoria.

About the Role

This is a part-time, onsite position, working Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 3:30pm—ideal for someone looking for a meaningful role with flexibility.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will champion the health, wellbeing and connectedness of our residents. You'll work closely with residents and their families, as well as internal and external partners, to support individual wellness goals and facilitate access to tailored services such as Home Care, health education, social activities, and aged care planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents in developing and reviewing personalised Wellbeing Plans.
  • Connect residents with appropriate services, including home care, aged care, and community health resources.
  • Partner with the Resident Social Committee to deliver monthly activity calendars and community events.
  • Assist new residents during their transition into village life, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate wellbeing and emergency information using Levande's systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.

About You

You are warm, organised, and people-focused, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. You thrive in a role where building trust, promoting independence, and supporting wellbeing outcomes are central.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in customer service or wellbeing coordination (e.g., retirement living, aged care, community services, hospitality or health sectors).
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in supporting older Australians to live their best lives.

Why Levande?

At Levande, we know that when our people thrive, so do our communities. That's why we offer a range of meaningful benefits designed to support your wellbeing and growth.

Enjoy genuine flexibility and work-life balance, including an annual 'My Day' just for you. Take advantage of exclusive discounts across top brands, and celebrate success through our Spirit of Levande Awards and Gala Night. We offer up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave, along with grandparents leave and confidential support through our Employee Assistance Program.

To help you grow, we provide paid study leave, access to the Go1 learning platform, and peer recognition through our We Shine program. And if you love where you work, our employee referral program rewards you for helping great people join the team.

Ready to Apply?

If you're looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can help create a connected, caring community, we'd love to hear from you.
