**Your new role**
We have an exciting 12-month opportunity for a Continuous Improvement analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation Team. Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible to deliver process and service improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with Business Improvement team, Customer Experience team, and key stakeholders across the organisation, this role identifies, facilitates and delivers continuous improvement projects to realise agreed business and customer benefits.
The Continuous Improvement Analyst also develops tools, templates and guidelines to facilitate continuous improvement and coordinates and fosters an internal community of practice of continuous improvement practitioners, to enhance impacts and ensure consistency in prioritisation and delivery of improvement projects.
This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $95,488.69 - $104,288.00 (depending on experience plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
**What you will need to thrive**
- Experience leading the development of a customer-centric continuous improvement methodology, capability and practice in a service organisation
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities for all new and existing services and processes
- Ability to define and agree benefits realisation aligned to process and service improvement
- Ability to activate and facilitate a community of practice of continuous improvement officers from across the organisation
- Ability to facilitate training to uplift continuous improvement capability across the organisation
- Highly developed written and verbal communication in particular eliciting process and service information from key stakeholders, report writing and facilitating training.
- Highly developed facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills is essential.
