Due to an internal promotion in our company, an exceptional opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and reliable full time Receptionist to join our reception team, starting immediately.  In the role you will be responsible for performing all aspects of reception duties, as well as general office administration functions. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact, welcoming and providing high levels of service to clients and suppliers
  • Providing support for, and complete administrative functions as required in the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Responding to incoming client enquiries and requests in a proactive, customer-focused and professional manner.
  • Receiving, answering, directing and distributing phone calls and correspondence
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards and stock levels in reception and common areas throughout the office building
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the organisation of work functions

About You:

To be successful in the role you will ideally have:

  • Strong commitment working in an office reception role
  • Experience in a similar role within a very busy work environment
  • High levels of professionalism, confidence, determination and resilience
  • A relevant qualification in office administration
  • High level customer service skills
  • Ability to interact professionally in a business environment in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Curiosity, initiative and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • High degree of computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly developed literacy and numeracy skills
  • A full 'C' Class license and own your own reliable vehicle
