About the Role

We are seeking an experienced fencer to join a long-term civil maintenance project on a mine site in Gove, Northern Territory.

This is a permanent, full-time role with job security, paid travel time, a great team culture, and Sundays off to enjoy Gove's fishing and boating lifestyle.

Flights are provided from Darwin, Cairns, or Brisbane on a 3:1 FIFO roster, working Monday to Saturday (10-hour days).

What You Will Be Doing

  • Installing and maintaining chainmesh fencing
  • Setting posts, straining wire, and fitting gates
  • Operating small plant and hand tools
  • Assisting with general civil maintenance tasks
  • Working safely in small, supportive crews

What You Will Need

  • HR Licence (MR may be considered)
  • Proven fencing experience (chainmesh preferred)
  • White Card and strong safety awareness
  • Fit for outdoor work and remote conditions
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
  • Based in Darwin, Cairns, or Brisbane (point of hire)
