THE ROLE

Full Time, Ongoing

Reporting to the Executive Principal through the Operations Manager, the Director will lead a dynamic team responsible for branding, communications, and admissions across all campuses. You will develop and implement integrated strategies that position Christian College as a school of choice, foster community engagement, and enhance stakeholder relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead strategic planning in marketing, admissions, and communications aligned with the College's vision.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including publications, media, and digital content.
  • Drive enrolment strategies and ensure a welcoming, values-based experience for prospective families.
  • Strengthen alumni and donor engagement, and support philanthropic initiatives.
  • Lead major College events and foster strong community partnerships.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team culture of service and excellence.

**WHAT YOU BRING****

You are a dynamic and experienced leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in marketing, admissions, or communications—ideally within an educational or values-based setting.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A personal commitment to Christian values and the ethos of the College.
